Nice Room

The room was pretty cool. You get a side view of the beach but still beautiful. It’s a little dated but still nice. We received this room after another room was flooded out.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Erica. We're truly sorry to hear that your original room was impacted by flooding—that must have been frustrating. We appreciate your understanding and are glad to hear that you still enjoyed the beautiful beach view, even if the room felt a bit dated. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll be sure to share it with our local team to help improve future stays. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.

Still nice

I do not like that they took away the free breakfast and cleaning. I prefer the carpet vacuumed at least 2xs a week. Other than that it was great. Pools, hot tubs, movies, mini golf etc

Nothing Fancy

This condo was in a great location with an excellent view of the ocean. However, I would have expected a higher standard of service and cleanliness. The floors were dirty, there were handprints on the headboard, dried on food on the cutlery and used coffee grounds in the coffee maker when we arrived. Our stay was for 5 nights - on the 3rd night I texted the Vacasa service line to ask if I could exchange the rooms towels for a clean set. I was advised that I would have to wash them in the condos laundry facilities myself. To top it off our room keys stopped working several times throughout our stay. All that being said, the ladies working the front desk tried their best to be kind and helpful.
