The condo was great for what we needed We were there for girls lacrosse and boys lacrosse tournaments. The pick up for the gate key ,which we never had to use , was a trick to find there is no sign next to the box. We never used either pool,but went to the beach. My suggestion would be to provide instructions or directions to the beach, restaurants, pools ,things to do near by, and Tv channels that worked . The book that was provided was just pages of rules.

Very pretty rental at a reasonable price

Beautifully decorated, reasonable price, nice location, very quiet neighborhood. Three bedrooms sleep six and a comfortable pull out couch. My grandchildren loved waking up and going out on the balcony and watching all the turtles in the pond! Only downside was that you had to go to the next town over to pick up and return the parking pass and although it sleeps eight only one parking space was allowed. Other than that it was very nice and I would recommend if you don't mind those two inconveniences
