Stepped path (35 steps) to the house. Single garage, public parking 30 m. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 300 m, bar 2 km, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station "Bellano" 2 km, ferry "Varenna - Bellagio - Menaggio" 10 km, pebble beach 2.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.1 km. Surf school 2.7 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Orrido di Bellano, Chiesa di Santi Nazaro e Celso, Villa Monastero Varenna, Castello di Vezio Varenna. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Pian di Bobbio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Sentiero del Viandante, Pian delle Betulle. Tolle Wohnung laute Nachbarn.

Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, super sauber und mit wunderschönem Blick über den See. Garage top. Aber! Leider ist die Nachtruhe ab ca. 06 Uhr vorbei. Entweder bellt der Hund stundenlang oder die Kinder toben herum. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Der Blick ist wirklich genial

See-Blick und Freundlichkeit des Service Personals sind wirklich hervorragend. Die gut ausgestattete sehr saubere Unterkunft mehrere hundert Meter oberhalb des Sees ist vor allem für sehr sportliche und bewegliche Personen sehr empfehlenswert, die sich sicher über steile, schmale Wege/Straßen und im Gegenverkehr bewegen können oder ohnehin viel mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Wer nicht im Sommer fährt sollte insbesondere für abends gute warme Kleidung parat haben.
