The host’s communication was great, she texted me on the first day and told me to let her know if I needed anything. The property was very clean and welcoming, everything seen in the pictures is what you get. The checking in and checking out was easy. This would be a great house if you plan to stay in Painesville with a group of people, or even just 2. I would stay here again if I were to plan another trip and highly recommend! Overall a great stay.

Thank you for your feedback. The “damage” mentioned refers to a few minor areas of chipped paint, which are cosmetic and are being addressed as part of the home’s ongoing upkeep. While I always appreciate constructive feedback, I do feel that a 4-star rating based primarily on minor cosmetic paint chips is somewhat disproportionate. I take great pride in maintaining the home and providing guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay, and I’m continually working to improve it.
