The villa consists of 3 apartments, including Il Torchio, which accommodates up to 4 guests in a 70 m² apartment with one bedroom (featuring a double bed and a bunk bed) and one bathroom. The apartment offers a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a baby cot. The outdoor space is furnished with tables and chairs, and the private balcony offers wonderful views of Val d'Orcia and Mount Amiata.



Guests have access to a garden and a panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the valley and Pienza Cathedral. A shared ping pong table is available for your enjoyment.



The property provides two parking spaces and an optional shuttle service to the train station, available for an additional fee.



Perfect for a relaxing weekend or week-long stay. Upon request, you can arrange aperitifs, dinners, and extra virgin olive oil tastings on the panoramic terrace to fully enjoy the beauty of the valley and the view of Pienza Cathedral.

We enjoyed our stay here SO much! We loved the lovely terrace. It was perfect and the views were amazing. Giosef was so welcoming and gave us tons of recommendations on restaurants and most importantly, wineries! We went to two of his recommendations and they were excellent. We would come back in a heartbeat and stay here again.

Wonderful Italian farmhouse experience!

Pros: Giosef and his family were wonderful. The house was spacious and had all we needed for the stay. View from the balcony was fantastic. We also had one of the best meals during the trip here - home-cooked meals by Giosef’s mom!

Oh my gosh! What an AMAZING stay in Tuscany!! Giosef was the most wonderful and attentive host. At the last minute we were unable to rent our car, so Giosef set up a ride for us from the train station to his property as well as arranging transportation for us while we were in Tuscany. The apartment we stayed in had everything we could need. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds comfortable, iron and board provided when requested. Washing machine in the apartment was a huge plus seeing that we were traveling for a month throughout Europe and had much needed laundry to do. However, the ABSOLUTE best part of our stay was the meal that Giosef's mama cooked for us on our first night. Seriously hands down the BEST meal my family has EVER had!! I cannot stress this enough. We started with bruschetta made with their farm grown olive oil (which we bought 3 bottles), pecorino cheese and the most delicious and fresh tomatoes... then we each had a different meals and desserts. I didn't want my meal to end and I have had a lot of Italian food and pasta in my life. I highly.... highly recommend Giosef's property in Pienza Italy. Walking distance to Pienza town, shopping for gifts or groceries.
