Our newly built holiday home, with 46 square metres of living space on one floor, can accommodate 1–2 adults and up to two children. The cosy living area with a sleeper sofa invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchenette, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, and coffee maker (capsules provided), has everything you could ask for. The holiday home features one bedroom with a double bed. The spacious bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, large mirror, and bathtub, rounds out the experience. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. The holiday apartment is located in the town of Viechtach. Despite its central location, you can enjoy some well-deserved peace and quiet after an eventful or busy day. Various supermarkets and the town centre with its inviting town square are just a few minutes’ walk away. Both in summer and winter, the region offers numerous recreational opportunities, such as hiking and biking tours, fishing, summer tobogganing, or winter sports. New as of 01.07.2026:: The AktivCARD Bayerischer Wald is now included with every booking. This allows you to take advantage of numerous free leisure, sports, and adventure activities throughout the region and make your stay even more varied. A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking. Additional fees are payable on-site in cash, via PayPal, or by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Check-out is available until 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Pets are allowed upon request for 10 EUR per pet per night. The visitor’s tax is charged separately on site: 1.50 EUR per day for guests aged 6–15 and 3.00 EUR per day for guests aged 16 and older. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking.
