Hallo Jörg, wir bedauern sehr, dass du unsere Unterkunft mit einem Stern bewertet hast. Die Stornierung der Unterkunft kam nicht Unsererseits, weshalb wir nicht verstehen, wieso wir nun mit einem Stern, statt einfach gar nicht bewertet wurden.
