Beautiful home in Pula

The elegant Villa Marina is located in the historic centre of Pula. The property consists of two houses and can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms. The two houses can be rented by one group of guests at a time. Due to its location close to the sea, it is the perfect choice for beach holidaymakers. On the ground floor of the first house there is a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms, a bedroom and a terrace, and on the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces. The second house has a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, a bedroom, a fitness room and a terrace on the ground floor and two bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces on the first floor. No door connects the two houses on the inside.



On the ground floor of both houses there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area for 6 people, where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. There is a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor of both houses. For those who want to stay fit during their holiday, there is a fully equipped fitness room accessible through the terrace. This house also has access to a smaller outdoor terrace with a dining area for 12 people, where you can enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee in the morning. Both houses have a private entrance and stairs leading to the first floor.



Two double bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor of each house. Two bedrooms in one of the houses each have access to a terrace and in the other house one terrace is accessible through one of the bedrooms, while the other is accessible through the hallway.



The two houses share a large common outdoor area with pool. This is the perfect place to take a dip in the pool, play table tennis or simply relax in one of the sun loungers. One of the biggest plus points is certainly the well-equipped children's playground. While you relax and read a good book, you can let your children play quietly because the house is fencedPula is the tourist centre of Istria, in cultural and traditional terms, but also because of its beautiful natural landscape.
