Enjoy a peaceful Lake Lanier getaway in this spacious lakefront home just 10 minutes from Gainesville. With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and room for 11 guests, it features a private deep-water dock, easy lake access, three decks with stunning views, kayaks, paddleboards, a lily pad, outdoor shower, fire pit, game room, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for family vacations or group retreats.
House is 3 stories - the top level is the main entrance from driveway- has kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath, spacious living room with a deck with views, screened in porch with views, master bedroom with private deck (with, you guessed it- VIEWS!) and master bath.
2nd level has spacious 2nd living room, game area, and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths.
Basement is unfinished and houses all the lake toys, which is included in your stay! 2 Stand up Paddle boards, 3 kayaks, life jackets, 3 big Joe floaties, assorted other floaties, 18’ lily pad and a couple fishing rods. (Bring your own bate!). We also have camp chairs for chilling on the beach.
