Looking for the perfect vacation home for a vacation with family and friends? Then Villa Danieli ll is the right choice for you!



This cozy family villa is located on the edge of the village of Danijeli, in the heart of Istria. With a total of five bedrooms spread over two floors, this traditional stone villa can accommodate ten people. The first floor opens onto the covered terrace, which invites you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the cozy lounge. On the terrace, you can barbecue by the open fireplace and enjoy your meals al fresco. On the first floor is the rustic living and dining area with fireplace, the kitchen, a bathroom and two double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has its own bathroom and the other two rooms share a bathroom. The villa has private parking with three parking spaces.



The spacious outdoor area houses an attractive pool with parasols and sun loungers. This is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the unspoiled nature of the surrounding area. If you fancy some outdoor activities, you can play volleyball or table tennis in the garden. Kringa is located in the center of Istria 5 kilometers south of Tinjan on the site of Iron Age buildings later a Roman fortress, the second largest settlement in the municipality of Tinjan. The region is known for its food and wine and there are many good restaurants nearby. The interior of Istria with mountain villages and beautiful countryside is ideal for driving, cycling and hiking. The Adriatic coast and bustling tourist town of Porec, all the beaches of Istria, all the historical sites and other places of interest are just a short drive away. Grocery store, a bar and an excellent tavern are within walking distance. 45 min away is Pula and Brijuni islands national nature park. From Porec you can also take a boat trip to Venice, Italy.

Ruhige Lage, weil Haus in zweiter Reihe von Straße (ruhige Gemeindestraße) und Gastro abgewandt liegt. Schöner Blick in den Wald. Toller großer Garten für sportliche Aktivitäten. Tischfußball und Tischtennis überdacht, Spiele für Schlechtwetterprogramm vorhanden. Im Haus (Küche) alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Griller ist überdacht und ideal angeordnet. Schade dass der „offene Kamin“ im Wohnzimmer nur eine Deko ist. Pool ist groß genug um richtig schwimmen zu können. Auch unser Hund hat sich im Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Man könnte auch vier Sterne vergeben- aber gut wenn es bei drei Sternen bleibt, dann bleibt so ein Urlaub leistbar. Der Hausherr (Herr Emil) sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gab uns Tips für Besuch in Rovinj und Schlechtwetterprogramm.Wenn möglich kommen wir gerne wieder. ****

Vi spenderade två veckor i huset och är mycket nöjda.

Vi spenderade två veckor i huset och är mycket nöjda. Vi tycker att huset var väldigt fint, låg bra till bakom ett annat hus och därför inte direkt vid vägen. Poolen var fin och bra möjligheter att både ligga i solen eller sitta i skuggan. Det var väldigt varmt när vi var där och därför var de stora möjligheterna att sitta i skuggan under hustaket var perfekt. I beskrivningen stod det endast en AC, men det fanns tre stycken i huset vilket kändes viktigt. Endast ett rum hade AC inne på rummet så övriga sovrum behövde man sova med öppen dörr så AC:n nådde till sovrummen. Eftersom vi sov med sovrumsdörrarna öppna kom en del mygg in varpå det kan vara bra att ta med sig extra myggnät om möjligt att sätta vid dörren. Det fanns en restaurang i direkt anslutning till huset som var helt okej! Vi spenderade mesta tiden vid huset men åkte även på utflykter vilket då krävde egen bil. Rekommenderar att hyra huset och hyresvärden var mycket trevlig!
