Villa Elizabeta has a first floor and 2 further floors. On the first floor there is a beautiful bedroom, 1 bathroom, a cozy living / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor there are another 2 attractive bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor there is 1 bathroom and another bedroom with an excellent view from the balcony - perfect to enjoy a relaxing morning while reading your favorite book and drinking tea or coffee. All rooms in the villa have underfloor heating and air conditioning, making it suitable for all seasons.

For the ultimate relaxation experience, we recommend enjoying the sauna or outdoor hot tub. Villa Elizabeta also has a private pool with hydromassage and 8 sun loungers. If you want to be active and explore beautiful Istrian cycling trails, 5 bicycles are always at your disposal. Every traditional Istrian house has a stone barbecue, and Villa Elizabeta is no exception. Preparing delicious meals the local way is an absolute must. Umag offers great fortresses and landscapes, wine tours, unique souvenirs, beautiful works of art, delicious traditional cuisine and many activities for all ages. We recommend visiting the 10th century town walls of Umag, admiring the Church of St. Roche and its beautiful oil-painted ceiling, as well as visiting the Umag Town Museum with an amazing collection of pottery and handicrafts. There are also small towns nearby that are well worth a visit. The town of Buje has the famous authentic brewery, beekeepers and truffle growers. Nearby is also Brtonigla; famous for stores with handmade decorations and furniture. If you fancy a family day out, Istralandia Aquapark is a place where you can spend a whole day! If you enjoy playing golf, you should definitely visit the small town of Savudrija. The beautiful Villa Elizabeta is only 5 km away from the sandy and pebble beaches, restaurants, stores and cafés.
