Private: small garden (fenced). Terrace (12 m2), garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2.3 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.4 km, bakery 2.2 km, bus stop "les roblins" 400 m, railway station "La Fresnais" 2.5 km, sandy beach "Saint Benoit des Ondes" 5.4 km, thermal baths "Thermes marins de St Malo" 18.5 km. Upper floor: 3 large rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and shower. Sep. WC. Terrace 12 m2, patio 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage on the property. Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
