Cooking nook in the hallway with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Umag, district Valica. The studio is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
