In less than 10 minutes you reach the beach and the golf course, located directly on the North Sea. Here, away from hustle and bustle, you can relax and enjoy the North Sea in its purest form. Clear clean air, clear sky, endless horizon and usually a breeze wind which makes the thoughts clear.

On the ground floor you will find the generous area of ​​cooking and eating. The kitchen, individually crafted by the carpenter, leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook together. The dining area with its cozy wooden table promises pleasant meals and sociable hours.

The adjacent living area with the interior of 'Flamant' is oriented to the theme of the beach house. There are two comfortable armchairs and a cozy sofa for relaxing hours. A flat screen TV and a Yamaha music system complete the offer. From the living room and dining room you also have a view into the flickering fire of the stove.

On the upper floor you will find two cozy double bedrooms and a shower bath as well as the heating room with washing machine and dryer. Also in the upper section the high-quality furniture is custom-made by the carpenter and combined with furniture from 'Flamant'. In the top floor, another cozy bedroom with two single beds and another flat screen TV was set up. Here children feel puddle.

In the spacious outdoor area you will find a saunas with a large sauna made of logs. Through the saunas, they have a great view over the wide marsh landscape during the saunas and can also get on well on cold days. There is also another bathroom with shower which can be reached quickly from the garden or from the house.

Two terraces allow you to find a sunbath at any time of the day. You can have breakfast in the sunshine after sunrise and enjoy cozy hours until sunset in the evening.

From the terrace of the clubhouse you can look over the lush green, the foreland with the bird protection area up to the North Sea. In 6 km distance is also the golf course Deichgrafenhof at Tating. There is a 9-hole course, a driving ranch, putting green as well as the golf school Neil Thompson. The golf course impresses with its character. They play in the Eiderstedter Marsschland.
