Steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bicycle rental 2.3 km, 30 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Gaggi Säge" 300 m, railway station "Dorf" 1.9 km, outdoor swimming pool 3.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 4.8 km, tennis 4 km, minigolf 2.5 km, sports centre 2 km, walking paths from the house 30 m, gondola lift 2.6 km, ski rental 1.3 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 1.3 km, children's ski school 1.3 km, children's playground 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 20 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Int in Grindelwald, 3 km. The owner lives in the same residence. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

This was the most beautiful location I have ever been to. The two bedrooms (including the master) and the living open up to a balcony with the most incredible view. So pretty it looks fake. The house itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. I hope to come back here one day!

Picture postcard views

We stayed Christmas 24 when there was 3 days of heavy snow. As chalet has a steep drive and stepper approach road, ensure you have winter tyres and chains. Could only improve house in 3 areas, a microwave, hoover to clean up, better range of kitchen utensils e.g. working mixer, not broken blender, range of sauce pan sizes, and a large metal sieve. But wonderful house, warm, and comfy. Neighbours are lovely.
