The heart of the home is the stylish living and dining area, whose warm atmosphere makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. A high-quality kitchenette invites you to cook together, while the electric fireplace casts a soft glow and creates cosy evenings. A large 75-inch TV ensures relaxing film nights.

From here, you can step out onto the sunny balcony—a favourite spot at any time of day. Enjoy the sweeping view across the bay to the island of Vilm, listen to the sound of the water, and let yourself be enchanted by the colours of the sky. A Weber gas grill is available for social evenings.

On this level, you’ll also find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and private balcony access. The modern, naturally lit bathroom with a bathtub offers additional comfort. Another bedroom with a double bed is located in the converted attic—cosy, quiet, and ideal for longer stays.

Just about 100 metres away is the Neuendorf natural beach—a quiet, unspoiled stretch of coastline, perfect for walks, sundowners, and quick trips to the water.

You can optionally book bed linens and towels through us; upon request, a bread roll service will deliver freshly baked goods right to your door in the morning.
