Einmal und nie wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung war absolut dreckig. Überall waren Spinnenweben, Wollmäuse, Staub und Haare von den Vormietern. Es gab nur lauwarmes Wasser und die Heizung war entweder kalt oder heiß. Der Grill war verdeckt und nicht benutzbar. Das Dachfenster war defekt und ließ sich nicht öffnen.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass die Gäste Anlass zur Beschwerde hatten. Ebenso beauern wir, dass die Gäste sich nicht gleich vor Ort gemeldet haben. Dann hätten wir selbstverständlich für Abhilfe sorgen können. Auch und vor allem zur Sauberkeit. Das Dachfenster war nicht defekt, sondern man muss dieses mit einer Kurbel öffnen, was diesen Gästen wohl nicht klar war. Und die Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei, wenn man diese gemäß unserer Anleitung bedient hätte.

Das Haus ist schön und die Lage war für uns top. Grill und Gartenliege waren leider defekt und müssten mal getauscht werden.
