Gli Orti sul Mare 2, is a cosy studio in Bordighera, with a splendid sea view and a direct view of the garden with large olive trees and a rich variety of ornamental and exotic plants inherited from the

thirty years of the owner's activity in succulent plants. An oasis of tranquillity and comfort for those who want a stay immersed in nature but only a few minutes from the beaches and the centre.

Convenient FREE PARKING, WiFi, Air Conditioning, laundry service included on request, for stays longer than 7 days, camp bed for babies or small children.

The accommodation consists of a living/bedroom area with a separate worktop equipped for a small kitchen with double induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Double bed. Bathroom with shower cubicle.

The garden offers private areas furnished with tables, benches and chairs perfect for breakfast, outdoor dining or moments of relaxation, and thanks to the practical outdoor electrical outlets it is ideal for smart working.

The remaining outdoor area, shared with the adjacent structure, is well organised with deckchairs, sun loungers, a small lounge area and a convenient shower to cool off after sunbathing.

On request and for an extra charge, guests can enjoy a rich breakfast with local products served at tables in the garden.

Strategic position for an authentic and complete experience: just 400 m from the Aurelia, with the sea and beaches easily reachable on foot or by car in a few minutes. The lively historic centre of Bordighera Alta, full of restaurants bistros and evening movida, is a short distance away, perfect for a fifteen/twenty minute summer stroll or a very quick drive. The Montenero locality, where we are located, is famous for its scenic hiking and biking trails with breathtaking views of the Ligurian Sea.

Tout était parfait mais je dois dire que Laura s'est montrée d'une gentillesse incroyable. En effet, à peine étions-nous arrivés que notre petite chienne a présenté tous les signes d'un AVC. Laura a immédiatement appelé son vétérinaire et nous a accompagné jusqu'à lui pour assurer le suivi et surtout la traduction car nous ne parlons pas Italien. Elle est restée avec nous durant les deux heures qu'a duré la visite et nous n'oublierons jamais cette attention. Notre chienne a été très bien soignée et se porte très bien.Pour ce qui est du logement il est parfait, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L'exterieur est tout aussi joli et agréable. Nous reviendrons dès que possible refaire un séjour chez Laura. Merci encore pour tout.

Wspaniali ludzie, którzy rządzą tym obiektem.

Pros: Laura jest niepowtarzalnie miłym i sympatycznym człowiekiem. Jej śniadanka będą tak wymyślane abyś doznał pełnej ekstazy😀. Cieszę się, mimo że problemy językowe nastąpiły(Polska-Włochy) to translator spełnił się nad wyrost. Od jutra uczę się włoskiego i za rok będę gładko rozmawiał z Laurą i Enrico. Cons: 😁😁😁
