Gorgeous home in Krsan with WiFi

Villa Country Lady is a wonderfully renovated old stone house located in the small and quiet village of Kamenjari from where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama view of the sea and the nearby islands.

In the village itself there is only one inhabited house so it is an ideal place for a quiet family holiday. At about 5 km distance is the town of Brsec, where one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia is situated, there is also a nearest shop and a restaurant. At only 1.5 km further is the port Brestova, ideal for daily trips to Island Cres or Losinj.

Villa was built 1820 and renovated in 2017. On fenced grounds of 1000 sqm there is a pool of 32 sqm with sea water, covered terrace with barbecue and dining table for outdoor dining, 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols, children's playground for the youngest t next to the pool, and one more playground with badminton field, football goals and table tennis. There are three parking lots next to the house.



Villa of 200 sqm on three floors in two buildings.

On the ground floor of the main house is a spacious „konoba“ with equipped kitchen and fireplace, large table with benches, a separate toilet. This part of the house has a separate entrance. On the first floor there is a beautiful baladur (typical small terrace at the entrance) with a seating area with sea view, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room with sitting set and fireplace, a bedroom with double bed and a shower/toilet in the hallway. On the second floor (attic) there is a bedroom with two single beds which can be joined together, a shower/toilet in the hallway and a bedroom with double bed and private bath /toilet.

In the small house by the pool, which has a separate entrance, there is another double room with a shower/toilet.

The holiday home has unique details that gives this house a special charm. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Auch für die kleinen ist einiges vorhanden, sodass keine lange Weile aufkommt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sympathisch und um das Wohl der Gäste sehr bemüht. Wir würden unseren Urlaub immer wieder gerne hier verbringen.

Die Villa Country Lady ist einmalig! Wir waren schon in einigen Ferienhäusern, aber noch nie war alles so perfekt. Sowohl das liebevoll restaurierte Haus mit dem tollen Garten, als auch die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Handtüchern, Geschirrtüchern, Spülutensilien, Gewürzen ...beeindruckten uns. Die Besitzerin begrüßte uns zudem sehr freundlich mit netten Gastgeschenken, sodass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten.

Villa country lady war ein echtes Erlebnis in mitten Ruhe und Natur. Das Meer egal ob Tag oder Nacht oder bei Gewitter war ein schönes Natur Erlebnis. Das Haus super überlegt und angelegt. Vor allem. Die Küche unten mit einem offenen Grill der super genutzt werden kann wenn der Wind zuviel geht. Das Haus war super sauber es gab sogar ein Fernglas. Mir haben vor allem die vielen Pflanzen in dem Garten und die Lage so hoch oben gefallen. Oft hatten wir einen Adler gesehen Kamenjari heisst auf deutsch Stein Haus.. Die Vermieter waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Trotz unserer baldigen Abreise wegen dem italientief war es kein Problem für die Vermieter. In den nächsten Dörfern waren super gute Restaurant. Danke an die Vermieter für die schöne Zeit und alles Gute ¦?
