We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was beautifully clean and offered a stunning view of the sea. The hosts were more than friendly and gave us the warmest welcome with delicious, fresh food. We felt truly at home and would love to come back again.

Fabulous; the house, the view and the hosts

We had a great week in July 2024. Great wheater, sunny all the time. The house is more beautiful than the pictures suggest. Very spacious. Great and welcoming reception by hosts. Deliciously filled refrigerator :-) Away from the crowds, nearby by small secluded beach with road side parking. Can fully recommend.

Tolles Haus, Mega Aussicht, einfach zum genießen und runterkommen! Ganz tolle Vermierterin, netter Kontakt, immer ansprechbar.Der Kühlschrank war von ihr zur Anreise mit vielen Lebensmitteln aus der Region gut gefüllt gewesen. Zusätzlich lag frisches Obst und Gemüse in der Küche, wir waren begeistert.Das hatten wir so noch nicht erlebt.Das Haus ist etwas abgeschieden, zum Einkaufen oder auch für Ausflüge (auch zum Strand) muss man aufs Auto oder den Bus (Haltestelle vor der Tür) ausweichen.Wir haben einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub dort verbracht und wüdren wieder hinreisen.

Perfektes Haus für 4-6, tolle Gastgeber

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Töchtern dort. Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt und toll eingerichtet. Küche ist riesig!. Die Gastgeberin hat den Kühlschrank mit lokalen #Köstlichkeiten und ein paar Getränken vorab gefüllt. so dass wir am Ankunftstag nur noch auspacken mussten und die tolle Terrasse mit dem Pool und den herrlichen Ausblick genießen konnten. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet, Probleme sind keine aufgetreten. Einkaufen, Strand und Essen gehen muss aber immer mit Auto erledigt werden. Da alles etwas entfernt ist und es sehr hügelig ist. Für einen entspannten Urlaub auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Ein traumhaft schönes Haus

Wir waren fast drei Wochen dort mit 2 Kindern und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Daus haus ist sehr sauber und wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank prall gefüllt mit herrlichen Besonderheiten! Vielen Dank!

Lage und Haus besser als auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum, die Lage, der Ausblicke und das Anwesen waren um vieles beeindruckender als auf den Bildern. Die Vermieter kümmern sich um Alles, die Poolreinigung, den Garten und es wartet ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit lokalen Essen und Getränken auf einen, so beginnt der Urlaub ohne Einkaufsstress, denn es reicht für 2 Tage! Es sind Platten mit Delikatessen gerichtet, die einem den Urlaub versüßen! Die Vermieter sind stets erreichbar, haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge,Restaurants oder Strandtage. Unvergessliche Tage in Kroatien

Wahnsinnig gute Lage, zwar über einer kleiner Bergstraße, aber da fahren sehr wenige Autos. Die Gastgeber sind einfach traumhaft. Wir durften bereits ein paar Stunden früher in das Objekt, da die Vormieter einen Tag vor unserer Anreise abgereist waren. Die kleinen Buchten in der Nähe, oder die Hauptstrände an den Städtchen sind wunderschön.

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Vielen Dank an Chantal und Zvonko für den netten Empfang in eurem tollen Haus u d eure Hilfsbereitschaft bei Fragen. Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohl gefühlt und waren total begeistert, dass wir nach der langen Anreise nicht direkt einkaufem mussten, sondern ihr uns mit leckeren Kötlichkeiten überrascht habt und wir einfach die tolle Aussicht genießen konnten. Das Haus liegt abseits sehr ruhig und hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick, den wir einfach nur genossen haben. Das Haus ist extrem gut ausgestattet, so dass uns nichts gefehlt hat. Es gibt in der Nähe zwei ganz süße nicht überlaufende Badebuchten, die mit dem Auto zu erreihen sind, falls man nicht an die beiden Strände des Hauptortes gehen möchte. Diese fanden wir richtig schön. Über das süße Örtchen Moscenice und die 750 Stufen abwärts kann man aber auch zum Strand Mosnicka Draga laufen. Wer nicht ganz u sportlich ist schafft auch den Weg berauf ;-) Da es in der zweiten Woche ziemlich warm war, sind wir abends gerne noch einmal in den Pool gesprungen. Insgesamt fanden wir Haus, Pool und Garten noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöne Villa

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus und einem tollen Ausblick. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und es gab außer Obst und Gemüse, auch einen reichlich gefüllten Kühlschrank mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tout simplement superbe

Nous avons rencontré Chantal et Zvonko, deux très belles personnes, attentives, et de très bons conseils. Comme à leurs habitudes ils avaient rempli le frigo de différentes planches apéritives et autres produits locaux. La villa est tout simplement superbe tant dans sa conception que dans sa fonctionnalité. sehr schöne Villa mit traumhaften Blick

Wir waren von Anfang an von dieser schönen Villa am Berg über Moscenicka begeistert. Ruhig gelegen an einer Verbindungsstraße unterhalb des Hauses konnten wir von hier wunderbar die Aussicht und den Urlaub genießen. Das helle, lichtdurchflutete Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ebenso die Qualität der Austattung , insbesondere die Klimaanlage(n), die elektrischen Rollläden, die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen, die große Küche, um nur einige zu nennen. Chantal hatte auch einige, wertvolle Tipps für uns z.B. für Einkäufe, Bademöglichkeiten oder Ausflugstipps (Insel Cres) Auch die Aussicht auf das Meer und die vielen Schiffchen und Boote war immer wieder traumhaft. Wir kommen sicherlich einmal wieder hierher!

Atemberaubend

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht! Der Ausblick Richtung Meer fasziniert uns bis heute! Die Ausstattung ist top und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Klimaanlage war kinderleicht zu bedienen und hat das Haus effektiv gekühlt! Ganz besonders hat uns gefreut, dass der Kühlschrank am Tag unserer Ankunft mit frischen Köstlichkeiten und Getränken gefüllt war, so dass das erste Abendessen und das erste Frühstück mehr als reichlich gesichert waren. Der Kontakt zu Chantal war herzlich und sie war für uns jederzeit erreichbar, so dass auch eine kleine Reifenpanne unkompliziert behoben werden konnte! Danke für die wundervolle Zeit in diesem super-schönen Haus!

Traumhafte Aussicht auf die Kvarner Bucht

Das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen, jedoch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, mit der neuen Klimaanlage gibt es auch keine Probleme mehr mit zu warmen Räumen. Die Aussicht, egal ob man im Pool sich befindet oder irgendwo sitzt ist sehr sehr schön. Chantal und Zvonko sind phantastische Vermieter, die immer hilfsbereit sind. Der Kühlschrank ist gut gefüllt mit Käse, Wurst, Saft, Butter und Milch. Brot, Obst und etwas Gemüse sind auch da, so dass man den notwendigen Einkauf ruhig auf den nächsten Tag verschieben kann und einfach das tolle Haus geniessen kann.

Tolle Zeit gehabt

Die Beschreibung passt in allen Bereichen bzw eigentlich ist es so gar noch sehr viel besser! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und jeden Moment genossen. Das Haus und vor allem die Aussicht sind ein Traum. In der Umgebung gibt es schöne Strände aber auch kleine Buchten- für jeden etwas dabei.

Haus und Aussicht ein Traum

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich der Wahnsinn, ebenso die Aussicht. Chantal und Zvonko sind super Gastgeber und sind stets erreichbar. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft gut gefüllt. Unbedingt ein Fernglas mitnehmen um die Delphine morgens beobachten zu können. Die Region liegt wie beschrieben am Hang/Küste. Bademögljchkeiten/Strände sind gerade mit Kindern sehr beschränkt.

Good holidays in Moscenice

The arrival in Moscenice & the welcome given by Chantal and Zvonko was perfect. They showed us around in the house and gave us instructions/information about all necessary things. We´ve really been suprised by all the food and drinks which were offered to us in the fridge. Really great! The furnishing of the house is exactly how it is shown on all the nice pictures. Overall the interieur of the house is fine and everything was absolutely clean. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. One of the highlights for us was the pool and the beautiful view down to the sea and to the island Cres (which is worth a visit - ferry Brestova/Cres). On two days there was a thunderstorm which caused some damages of a sun-curtain and a sun-chair. These damages were directly fixed by Zvonko and Chantal. Overall their support was great. The only thing which was missing for us was air conditioning of the bedrooms because it was a very hot periode and sometimes we didn´t find sleep. With open windows we couldn´t sleep well at night because the road is very close to the house and there was a film production in a house nearby and parts of the film team were partying every night (but this should normally not be a problem which occures that often and it is really not a disadvantage of the villa at all) Overall it has been very nice holidays in Moscenice!
