The apartment is located on Lake Afritz, with a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with all modern amenities. The traditional Austrian decor, featuring hardwood floors in the living room, spacious closets in the bedroom, and wood accents, creates a warm, homely atmosphere for your holiday. The spacious balcony offers views of the lake and the mountains that surround your apartment. The private beach for our guests features a sheltered, fenced-in garden with a boathouse and a floating dock. In addition, our guests can use the SUP boards free of charge. If you own a boat or your own water sports equipment, you can store it securely locked in the boathouse. Cyclists can enjoy our region to the fullest, and we provide a covered bike storage area.
