Villa Luisa is located on the edge of the village of Bačva, 4 km from picturesque Višnjan, where the nearest store, bakery, restaurant, typical tavern and ATM are located. Poreč with its beaches, sports and entertainment facilities and Aquacolors aquapark is 14 km away. As for outdoor facilities, Villa Luisa offers its guests a swimming pool of 37 m2, a terrace with a dining table, a barbecue fireplace and two parking spaces on a fenced and well-kept garden.



The house has a capacity of 8 people and a total area of 150 m2 on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with an equipped kitchen, dining room and sofa, one double bedroom with satellite TV, own shower/toilet and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are three double rooms, each with SAT-TV and its own shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
