Stunning home in Porec

Modern Villa Molindrio with pool for 6 guests and panoramic sea view.

The villa is set in one of the most beautiful bays of Poreč, after which the house itself is named. Just a few meters from the house there is a restaurant, water park, gas station, cafes and beautiful beaches. In its garden guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, garden furniture, 2 parking spaces and a barbecue.



Villa Molindrio with a total area of 160 sqm is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the first floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a separate toilet. On the second floor of the house, we find three double bedrooms, one of them with sea view and a terrace. Each room has its own bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden. Kann kaum verbessert werden. Haben uns zu 5 sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhige Lage und stellenweise Blick aufs Meer. Also alles wie beschrieben. Abwicklung professionell und sehr freundlich. Jederzeit wieder.
