Villa Lukas Markovici

Villa Lukas Markovici is an attractive modern holiday house with a swimming pool, located on the edge of the same named village with a unique panoramic sea view, and during the clear weather it is possible to see the peaks of the Alps.

On the enclosed property of 1900 sqm the guests have use of a 49 sqm swimming pool, summer kitchen, covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, badminton/volleyball court, trampoline and swings for children. Vizinada, with its shop, coffee bars and an ATM is only 3 km distant, while pizzeria and a typical tavern are only 4 km away from the house. At about 500 m from the house there is a wine road and an olive oil road, and at 16 km distance there is a tourist village Lanterna which offers beautiful and well-maintained pebble and rocky beaches. For cycling enthusiasts, the Parenzana cycling/hiking trail, which was one of the main railway lines of Istria, extending through Koper all the way to Trieste, passes right in front of the house.



Villa Lukas Markovici is a holiday house for 10 guests and consists of a main house of 230 sqm and a smaller house of 41 sqm. Both facilities are fully air-conditioned. The main house is situated on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with the sofa, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, two double bedrooms, each with its private shower/toilet, one laundry and one separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its private shower/toilet and one with a spacious terrace.

In the smaller house there is one double bedroom with a bathtub in the room and its private shower/toilet. From the smaller house extends a summer kitchen with a fireplace barbecue and a large covered terrace. There is also one guest toilet with an entrance from the garden. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

This villa brings you everything you wish for and more to have fantastic holidays. It is a well-equipped and clean; all amenities are great. You will enjoy every part of it inside or outside. The bedrooms are all spacious with ensuite bathrooms. The beds are comfortable. You have lots of storage. Outside, there is lots of space. The dining area with the barbecue are great. Good size swimming pool with enough sunbeds for everyone. The annex was a real bonus and we really enjoyed its own terrasse in the evening. Don’t forget the view which offers everything you are looking for in Istria: countryside, villages, olive trees and a sea view. You can even see the Italian coast! We really enjoyed the location of the villa. It is closed to lots of beautiful villages, touristic attractions, and off course the coast. For us, it was a real bonus after a busy day to just come back to a quiet place, away from the crowd. The owner is really helpful and very responsive. We felt really welcome. Thank you so much. Highly recommended villa.

Freundeskreisurlaub Erwachsene 27-32 Jahre Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen. Mit Blick aufs entfernte Meer und die Olivenplantagen. Es gibt ein kleines Poolhaus mit Essenstisch, Küche, Kühlschrank, Herd und Grill. Einen sehr gepflegten Garten rund um den Poolbereich. Der große Infinity Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist sehr sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern und Bällen. Es gibt eine extra Toilette am Poolhaus. Abends ist das Haus wunderschön von außen beleuchtet. Die Ausstattung des gesamten Hauses ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll gestaltet. Die große offene Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine lädt zum Kochen ein. Es gibt einen kleinen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes hochwertiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toiletten. In jedem zimmer gibt es ein Smart Tv mit Sat Empfang Die Besitzerin des Hauses ist unglaublich lieb und hilfsbereit. Sie stand uns bei allen Fragen zur Seite und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Außerdem konnten wir bei ihr sehr leckeres Oliven Öl von der eigenen Familienprodutkion kaufen Absolute Buchungsempfehlung.
