Wir tun uns schwer mit der Bewertung
Ich tu mich schwer dieses Objekt zu bewerten. Vom Inserat und den Bewertungen wussten wir, es ist ein altes Haus, einige Sachen sind renovierungsbedürftig. Und für den Preis eigentlich nicht mehr zu erwarten.
Jedoch muss ich sagen, bevor ein großer neuer PlasmaTV hingestellt wird, wäre es sinnvoll die Amaturen am Waschbecken im Bad zu erneuern. Ebenso störte es uns nicht, dass die Vorhänge veraltet sind, jedoch gehören diese auch einmal gewaschen.
Bedenklich finden wir die Treppe zum Obergeschoss: sehr steil, ohne Handlauf. Problematisch ist dies dann von oben her. Mit Kleinkind sehr gefährlich. Da es oben auch sehr offen ist.
Die Terassse wäre schön und würde auch genutzt werden, wenn die Säule ( wir wissen nicht was es ist) nicht mittendrin stehen würde.
Was in den südlichen Ländern noch nie passiert ist, dass Skorpione abends im Haus waren.
Ansonsten ist der Ort wie von anderen schon beschrieben, eine gute Ausgangslage für jegliche Unternehmungen.
Was noch gesagt werden muss bzgl. Babys oder Kleinkindern. Die Nachbarn nehmen keine Rücksicht mit der Lautstärke, falls das Kind mal schlafen soll. Bsp Crossmotorräder werden lautstark gefahren… etc.
Die Vermieterin selbst ist super freundlich und auch nett. Jederzeit per Handy erreichbar. Vielleicht als Tipp noch , eine gelbe Tonne ( plastemüll) mit hinstellen. So wird einiges an Restmüll vermieden.

Sehr Idyllisch
Urlaub Familie mit 2 Kinder, kleiner Hund. Das Ferienhaus ist in einem kleinen Dorf, ca. 5 Km von Porec entfernt. Einfache aber gute Ausstattung. Betten sind bequem. Mann kann hier richtig abschalten. Vermieterin wohnt nicht im Haus. Sehr schöner Strand bei Plava Laguna, mit kostenlosen Parkplätze, Strand direkt bei großer Wasserrutsche. Porec ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen, bei dem man den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Lecker Essen bei Funtana

Gute Ausgangsposition
Die FeWo war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele, schöne Ausflüge und die Vermieterin war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich Mühe gegeben. Die FeWo selbst war allerdings recht abgelebt, Küche für 6 Personen recht spärlich ausgestattet, also nicht so der Hit. Auf den Bildern hatte es anders gewirkt. WLAN gab es wie versprochen, aber Qualität war echt schlecht.

Casa accogliente, in buone condizioni, unico neo non c'è la lavatrice, per il resto la consiglio Consigli di viaggion: Da visitare assolutamente la basilica eufrasiana.Bella anche Gimino con la sua cappella alla SS trinità (un gioiello).Consiglio di passeggiare per il borgo medievale di San Lorenzo
