Welcome to a comfortable and convenient 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in Akron, Ohio, perfect for families, couples, business travelers, and extended stays.

Guests have private access to the main -floor living area, which includes two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Window A/C units are provided in both bedrooms and the dining area for added comfort.

**Guest Access:**
Your stay includes access to the main floor only. The upstairs area is not included in the rental and remains secured behind a locked door. The basement is also not accessible to guests, and the kitchen door leading to the basement remains locked.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard and playground set. For safety reasons, the trampoline is not available for guest use.

The home is conveniently located near local hospitals and Akron -area attractions, including Derby Downs, and provides easy access to Canton and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Whether you’re visiting family, traveling for work, attending a local event, or exploring Northeast Ohio, this home provides a comfortable place to relax during your stay.
