Great place to stay!! Lots of places to eat within walking distance. All instructions for entering, parking and leaving were clear and easy to follow. Parking instructions were super clear, I had no issues with parking. The host messaged me all the details prior to my arrival making my trip smooth and easy. The place was great!! The rooms were clean, the views from the windows of downtown at night time was beautiful!! I fell in love with Dallas!! Would definitely stay in again!

To be honest, my stay was absolutely perfect. The cleanliness was remarkable and spotless on arrival. This was my first time traveling with my daughter and I have to give a major thumbs up to the host for answering all of my questions within seconds of me asking. I also want to share that the overall aesthetic of the place made my daughter and I feel safe and right at home. I highly recommend. Thank you for accommodating us and making our stay memorable.

Parking is a little tricky you need to park in the garage which is better than the street. You do have to pay which we didn’t mind. Close to Deep Ellum lot’s of restaurants and nightlife. Good for younger people. Pool is nice and rooftop but no adult beverages is allowed a small drawback for us. I can also understand if there have been prior issues. Other than that the place isn’t bad and worth the price. The inside of the apartment has been renovated and looks very nice.

Got 2 parking tickets and had to pay for parking the whole time….door lock battery went dead and I couldn’t leave for a day for fear of getting locked out….

Regarding parking, our listing clearly states that parking is not provided by the building, so guests are aware of this prior to booking. I reached out to the host before booking to ask about parking. He ensured me parking was provided. What he failed to mention is that was pay for parking on the street. The place was fine but nothing special. The bed was decent but the mattress sort of fell through the frame. Just very cheaply furnished. It was alright but we also did not spend much time there. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was cheaper. Also they left just 1 partial roll of toilet paper for our 4 night stay. I would suggest that we at least be left a completely new roll of toilet paper and not a partially used one. Just little things that make this place just okay and not better.

Very nice location, walking distance from downtown. I used public transportation and even that was cheap and easy. The pool was also amazing, I would stay here again!
