Die Lage ist top, wenn man Lust auf Trubel hat. Man ist mitten drin und hat keine weiten Wege zur Promenade. Mal etwas zu Hause vergessen ist kein Problem. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist für eine Familie sehr gut. Die Küche ist etwas altbacken. Zwei Balkone sind toll, morgens Sonne Balkon Schlafzimmer, abends Sonne Balkon Wohnzimmer.
