Bayfront Retreat — Steps to the Gulf

Bright and airy throughout, this 4-bedroom bayfront home on Cape San Blas is the perfect coastal escape. Step through the double doors onto the porch, where a swinging bed invites lazy afternoons and unbeatable stargazing at night.

Wake up to water views, then take an easy 5–8 minute stroll to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf for a day of relaxing and shell collecting. Enjoy easy access to scalloping, or bring your water sandals and take a short walk to the sandbar just off our dock. Roast marshmallows or hot dogs at the outdoor fire pit. Our 475-foot dock comes equipped with deck chairs, a fishing table, and a sink. Kayaks and life vests on kayak stand. You’re just minutes from T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and the huge Olympic-size pool at Rish State Park. Enclosed outdoor shower. A well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook up fresh Gulf seafood after a day of adventure. Just in case of late afternoon rain: TVs in every bedroom and the livingroom, plus board games and puzzles.

We fell in love with the unspoiled beauty of Cape San Blas. Away from the crowds this is a slice of old Florida that captured our hearts. You may see boats tied up on our 450-foot dock. Our son, who owns Latitude 30 Charters, is available for fishing, snorkeling sunset cruises or more. If you'd like more details send us a note. We're a family enterprise and this is our only rental so please reach out at any time.

Cape San Blas is a really special piece of Old Florida. You can light a fire on the beach at night or let the kids run after ghost crabs. Super fishing with crab pots to check right under our dock. Come and explore the real Florida

Our house is situated amoung palm and pine trees and its so clear that at night you'll be amazed at the star gazing. We've decks and porches all around -- including a back porch with a swinging bed. Our house is part of thr Cape Sea Breeze neighborhood allowing you free access to thr ocean side beaches as well as the Bay.
