Schöne Unterkunft in Zingst

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche mit Familie. Der Aufenthaltsbereich (Küche und Wohnbereich) ist für 6 Personen allerdings etwas klein. Ausreichend groß sind die 3 Schlafzimmer und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es fehlen leider Müslischalen in der Küchenausstattung, die vom Vermieter sicherlich gern noch ergänzt werden.

Reinigung

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Keine 5 Minuten vom Zuckerhut und Ostseestrand entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist gut. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Im Bezug auf die Sauberkeit, könnte bei einer hochwertigen Ferienwohnung besser sein. Insbesondere in den Schlafzimmern vermehrt Staubflusen ( Wollmäuse ) Der vorhandenen Staubsauger konnte nicht benutzt, weil er extrem gestunken hat. Hier wäre ein neuer Sauger sinnvoll.

FeWo Zingst

Die Lage ist super. Dicht an der Seebrücke oder in die Stadt. Fahradverleih, Restaurants, Experimentarium in der Nähe. Wohnung ist auch ausreichend. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden. Auch ausreichend Spiele für Groß und Klein. Leider haben wir die Anreise Email von FeWo nicht erhalten und wussten garnicht wo wir den Schlüssel abholen sollte. Hatten zufälligerweise einen netten Mitarbeiter von P.IK. getroffen der uns zur Ferienvermittlung in die Hafenstrasse geführt hatte. Vielen Dank. Ansonsten war alles unkompliziert und schnell.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und der schöne Sandstrand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sie ist mit Geräten komplett ausgestattet, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Allerdings hätte der Reinigungszustand beim Bezug besser sein können: - Spritzer von Rasierschaum an den Fliesen im Badezimmer - Alle Räume nur oberflächlich mit dem Staubsauger gereinigt, im Badezimmer Flusen und Haare in der Ecke hinter dem Abfalleimer. Der Behälter wurde anscheinend beim Staubsaugen nie hochgehoben. - In allen Räumen gibt es pflegeleichte Bodenfliesen, trotzdem wird der Boden offensichtlich nie nass gewischt. - In der Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch ein benutzter Filter. Die Eckablage in der Duschkabine wurde anscheinend nie gründlich gereinigt, obwohl sich die eingelegte Platte leicht herausnehmen lässt. Eine detailliertere Beschreibung möchte ich an dieser Stelle vermeiden, diese Ablage muss aber dringend und gründlich sauber gemacht werden. - Der zur Wohnung gehörende Staubsauger war am Fuß so stark mit Haaren und Flusen zugesetzt, dass er nicht mehr benutzbar war. Allerdings wurde er auf unseren Hinweis hin sofort durch ein sauberes Exemplar ersetzt. Zusammenfassung: ein schöner Urlaub mit einer schönen Ferienwohnung, die mit ein wenig Reinigungsaufwand noch schöner werden könnte.
