The Seebrücke and Seestern holiday apartments are located on the 2nd floor. These 70-square-meter duplex apartments can accommodate up to six people. Like the other apartments at Baltic House, they feature a bright and modern design, sophisticated furnishings, and real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating.

Each floor features a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On beautiful summer evenings, the spacious south-facing balcony beckons, where you can still enjoy the warming evening sun even late into the day.


Complex:

Built in 2017, the Baltic House is located on an idyllic street parallel to the popular Strandallee.

It offers six high-quality holiday apartments, each furnished with great attention to detail and featuring two bedrooms, as well as a spacious wellness area with a designer sauna. Each holiday apartment comes with a parking space located either directly in front of the building or in the on-site underground garage (entrance height: 1.90 m). As a new building, the Baltic House is state-of-the-art both technically and aesthetically, guaranteeing you perfect comfort and plenty of space to suit your needs—including free Wi-Fi.

The beach and the sea are just a stone’s throw away from here. But the charming little fashion boutiques, cafés, and restaurants of Timmendorfer Strand are also within easy walking distance—just a few minutes away.

Die Ferienwohnung war wirklich wunderschön – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt.Etwas schade war, dass vor der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war, dass für den Hund 25 pro Tag berechnet werden. Außerdem darf der Hund weder aufs Bett noch auf das Sofa, sonst wird eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr von 100 fällig. Daher ist die Unterkunft eher weniger hundefreundlich.Ansonsten war alles top und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modern, 2. Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss offen ohne Tür, jederzeit gerne wieder auch aufgrund der tollen Lage zum Strand und dem Ort. Abwicklung, Buchung und Informationen ausführlich und reibungslos.

Parken

Alles sehr schön, bis auf die Parksituation. Jeder Wohnung ist ein fester Parkplatz zugewiesen, leider hatten wir die Wohnung mit Platz in der Tiefgarage. Dort kommt man leider mit Bus oder SUV mit Dachbox nicht rein. Aber sonst eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit guter Lage.
