The shower room is accessible from the hallway. There is also a flat-screen TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, and a radio. Parking space No. 70 behind the building is included with the apartment. <br>The building is very well-maintained; there is an lift, bicycle storage, and a separate laundry room (for a fee) on every floor. Our guests are welcome to use the swimming pool (free of charge). The sauna and tanning bed are available for a fee. The nearest shopping options—including a bakery and EDEKA—are located nearby.
