In Winter: please take snow chains. (35 steps). Public parking on the road. Shop 350 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Le Pont" 500 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 4.6 km. Tennis 1.3 km, skisport facilities 1.3 km, ski bus stop 10 m, ice rink 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Open kitchen (oven, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 pull-out beds (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Small balcony, east facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only, parking space for small car only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
