Welcome to our charming holiday rental, located on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible to everyone. The generous 50 square metres offer plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. The spacious bedroom, featuring a very comfortable 2x2-metre bed, is perfect for heavenly, restful nights. The sofa in the living room provides sleeping space for younger guests. The living room invites you to relax, whether in front of the TV or on the cosy sofa. The modern and cosy furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere. The fully equipped built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. From the oven and hob to the microwave, toaster, and electric kettle, everything is provided. Even a dishwasher makes your stay more convenient. The large refrigerator offers plenty of space for culinary discoveries from the Rhön region. In the bathroom, you’ll find a refreshing shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels to ensure you feel completely at ease. As an additional amenity, we offer a private parking space right in front of the house so you can park your car safely. Wi-Fi is, of course, free and available to you throughout your stay. What makes our holiday rental special is the surrounding nature. Open the door and step right into the forest—a view of the greenery that promises peace and relaxation. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests! A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on-site in cash or via real-time bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over on-site upon arrival. Pets are allowed upon request. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request. Meals: Breakfast (10 EUR) and a packed lunch (15 EUR) are available as optional extras for an additional fee. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and TV. Pets are allowed upon request (for an additional fee). Pickup from the nearest train station (Hünfeld or Fulda) is available upon request and for an additional fee (Hünfeld 30 EUR, Fulda 40 EUR).
