At the Botha family’s holiday rental, you can enjoy a truly wonderful Baltic Sea holiday. Located right in the heart of Kellenhusen, close to the beach and shopping.

The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the house.
The living room has been lovingly and modernly furnished for holiday guests. A cosy corner sofa bed invites you to relax, and for entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a small stereo system, and internet access.

The dining table, with four comfortable chairs, is positioned by bright windows.
The built-in kitchen is well-equipped for a holiday.

From the living area, you have access to the covered terrace with a garden table and chairs. The small sauna cabin is located here.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, and a large wardrobe. A second flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall here. You also have access to the terrace from the bedroom.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and features a washing machine.

The entire holiday rental is equipped with electric roller shutters.

The following rules apply to bookings for this property:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
