Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in perfekter Lage in Wenningstedt - 100m zum Dorfteich - 150m zum nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäft - 300m zur Strandpromenade. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage der Wohnung bezüglich Strandnähe ist toll. Negativ überrascht wurde ich mit der Tatsache ..

Die Lage der Wohnung bezüglich Strandnähe ist toll. Negativ überrascht wurde ich mit der Tatsache dass sich direkt an der Wohnung eine Baugrube befindet-direkter Blick hinein vom Balkon und Kuechfenster. Keine Vorabinformation erfolgt, aktuell war kein Baulaerm wird sicher bald losgehen. Der Balkon ist winzig, mit Bestuhlung kann man kaum die Tür öffnen, der Stumpf des Balkontischs ist unansehnlich/ Farbe blättert großflächig ab, gehoert ausgetauscht. Ferner unangenehmer Geruch im Bad aus der Dusche-Abwasserkanal. Hausmeister konnte nichts verbessern. Hier muss ein Installateur aktiv werden. Gute Organisation von SAS.
