Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, innerhalb von 7 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof bzw findet zwei grosse Supermärkte.

Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist perfekt. Zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt von Westerland ist es fußläufig nicht weit. Würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Schlüsselpbergabe und Abgabe hat problemlos geklappt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist fast perfekt, leider fehlen in den Schlafräumen Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten. Gerade in den Sommermonaten wäre das von Vorteil. Die Lage an einer der Hauptverkehrsstraßen ist ok, allerdings wird es teilweise schon recht früh laut. Handtücher waren genügend vorhanden. Die Treppe in den Dachbereich eignet sich nicht für ältere Menschen.

Gefallen · Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und liegt auf zwei Ebenen mit jeweils einem Bad. Unten Dusche+WC, oben Badewanne+WC. Jeweils 1 Doppelbett. Das untere Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten raus zum Garten und ist absolut ruhig; im oberen Giebelzimmer ist es bei Kippfenster-Stellung wegen des Straßenverkehrs (Wohnung liegt an einer der beiden Hauptstraßen Richtung Hörnum) nicht ganz so ruhig. Das Giebelzimmer ist über eine sehr, sehr schmale und enge Raumspartreppe erreichbar und nichts für ältere oder weniger bewegliche Personen. Der schöne große Balkon liegt nach hinten zum Garten raus. Sonne pur (wenn sie scheint). Ein Sonnenschirm ist leider nicht da, was für mich verständlich ist, weil es sehr wahrscheinlich unvernünftiger Mieter gibt, die damit nachlässig umgehen.
Die Wohnung ist also sehr empfehlenswert, zumindest für Urlauber mit PKW-Anreise wie wir.
Nicht gefallen · Die Schlüsselübergabe für Bahnanreisende ist geradezu unterirdisch. Der Übergabeort liegt nämlich vom Bahnhof Westerland über 5 km entfernt in Wenningstedt. Man muss dann mit dem Bus nach Wenningstedt fahren, von der dortigen Haltestelle zu Fuß zur Vermietungsagentur laufen und alles wieder genau so zurück. Außerdem erwartet der Vermieter, dass man den Schlüssel auch so wieder zurückbringt. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache durften wir den Schlüssel bei Abreise aber in der Wohnung liegen lassen. All das ist unverständlich, weil sich neben der Haustür zwei Schlüsseltresore befinden (wahrscheinlich einer anderen Vermietungsagentur für andere Wohnungen). Offensichtlich ist dem Vermieter dieser Wohnung eine solche Schlüsselübergane aber zu riskant. Ich meine: Lasst euch was einfallen; denn auch für PKW-Anreisende ist das höchst lästig.

Schönes, kleines Appartment für 4 Erwachsene. Alles da, was für eine schöne Zeit auf Sylt nötig ist. Gute Lage, kurze Wege in die Innenstadt und zum Fahrradverleih. Vielleicht nicht optimal für sehr große Menschen.

Super zentral gelegen- trotzdem ruhig.
Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist nichts für unsichere Treppenläufer da sie sehr schmal und steil ist.
Im Obergeschoss ist eine Duschwanne im kleinen Badezimmer. Für uns super weil die 2 Mädels ihren eigenen Bereich hatten.
Super ausgestattet und gut durchdacht!
