Absolut wunderbar

Our family spent a week at this incredible home. Everything was better than depicted in the pictures. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 small children. The yard is picturesque and well furnished.The location is quiet and convenient to shopping and train service to Nurnberg.Strongly recommended for families.

Das Haus ist neu und aufwendig renoviert. Die Ausstattung hochwertig. Die Absprache mit Svetlana lief unkompliziert und es passte alles. Wir hatten unser jährliches Mädels-Wochenende und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Schwabach Zentrum ist malerisch und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge wie Nürnberg oder Brombachsee.

Gemischte Gefühle

Das Haus ist in einem modernen und sehr guten Zustand. Bad/WC auf jeder Etage. Genug Schlafmöglichkeiten und ein toller Grillplatz. Aber: Die Sauna, weswegen wir uns das Haus ausgesucht haben, ging nicht. Da man sich solche Ferienhäuser oft über das WE mietet war eine Reparatur auch nicht in Sicht. Der Vermieter ist uns zwar preislich entgegen gekommen, trotzdem war es eine unglückliche, ärgerliche und eventuell vermeidbare Situation. Das Haus, so schön wie es ist, ist in keiner Weise kinderfreundlich. Durch das futuristische Geländer des dreistöckigen Hauses fällt man als Erwachsener fast durch. Auch Garten und Treppen im Außenbereich sind nicht absturzsicher. Lediglich das Trampolin hat ein Netz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und zu jeder Zeit gegeben. Egal ob WhatsApp oder Telefonat.

Die Treppen im Außenbereich werden demnächst noch erneuert. Es gibt aber mehrere Ausgänge, wie man zum Garten gelangt, ohne die seitlichen alten Treppen des Hauses zu benutzen. Man könnte z.B durch das untere Zimmer im ersten Untergeschoss oder auch durch das Wohnzimmer zum Balkon und dann zum Garten zu gelangen. Ich finde diese Kritik unangemessen. Wegen der Sauna tut mir es wirklich Leid für Sie, da ich es nachvollziehen kann, dass es ärgerlich gewesen war. Es ist leider nun so, dass die Elektroöffen nicht ewig halten und manchmal gehen sie auch kaputt. Es ist eine neue bestellt worden und wird nach Ostern eingebaut. Ich verstehe nicht wie es für uns vermeidbar gewesen sein soll wenn der Ofen kaputt geht. Ich bin euch entgegen gekommen und bin ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht wegen ihrer Bewertung.
