Villa Village is a modern and beautiful villa with private pool in central Istria. This is the first villa in Istria with a charging station for electric cars perfect choice for drivers of electric cars! Villa Village offers not only an indoor jacuzzi, sauna and billiards, but also a private tennis court, golf course and basketball hoop, making it ideal for families with children. The heated infinity pool, surrounded by idyllic scenery, is the perfect place for romantic sunsets. Villa Village can accommodate 8 guests. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, wellness room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms and terraces.

Villa Village is located on a quiet, 5640 m2 land plot, which is an excellent escape from the crowds and the hustle and bustle of the city. Private tennis lessons can be organised on request.

IMPORTANT: Youth groups are not allowed!

The villa is located in a tranquil setting that offers a perfect location for your peaceful retreat from modern day life. Central Istria, known for its mountain villages and beautiful countryside, is ideal for driving, cycling and hiking. Nevertheless, it is only a short drive away from Istrian tourist centres such as Porec, Rovinj and Pula, historical sites and beaches.

Tourism around Poren is much more than just sea and sun. Here you will find museums, galleries and many sights worth seeing. The entire city centre is a living cultural monument. The streets of Porec are home to numerous galleries and exhibition spaces that preserve tradition in a modern way. A great way to get to know Istria is its exceptional gastronomy. The symphony of flavours will awaken all your senses. The gastronomic pearl of Istria is undoubtedly the truffle.

The Villa Village is a very nice accommodation with many recreational and sporting opportunities.

The Villa Village is a very nice accommodation with many recreational and sporting opportunities. The views and grounds are impressive. There is a electric wall box and every other amenity you can think of. The cities of Prorec, Rovinji, Pazin and Pula with the historical Romanian arena are very close. Overall, Villa Village is 100% worth a trip and a stay.
