Please note that the lower level of the house is currently occupied, but rest assured that the entrance to the main floor of the house is separate from the upper level, and there is no share area in this unit, ensuring that you can come and go as you please without any disturbance.

Also, please note that the backyard is not included as part of the rental, and we kindly ask that you do not enter or use the backyard during your stay.
