Here, you’ll be just a few steps away from the idyllic natural harbour of Puddemin—a place where gentle breezes sweep across the water, sailboats rock softly, and the evening sun bathes the Bodden in warm gold.<br><br>The house spans two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people—ideal for families or couples travelling together. On the ground floor, a spacious, open-concept living and dining area awaits you. Light floods in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a view of the beautiful property. Whether you’re sharing meals, cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen with a cooking bar, or relaxing on the sofa: here, your holiday feels just like home. A shower room and a practical utility room round out the ground floor.<br><br>Upstairs are three cosy bedrooms—each equipped with a 160 cm wide double bed and plenty of storage space. The large bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or a hike along the Bodden.<br><br>The terraced garden (approx. 900 m², fully fenced, fence height 1.20 m) offers plenty of space to play, relax, and enjoy nature. On the sunny terrace, you can spend relaxing hours starting at noon, and as a special highlight, your own outdoor sauna is at your disposal—perfect for winding down the evening in comfort. And if you’re travelling by electric car, you can conveniently use the wallbox right next to the house.<br><br>Puddemin itself is a small, quiet retreat and an ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful southern part of Rügen: whether it’s bike rides along the meadows and fields, long walks, or trips to the “White Town” of Putbus or to the beaches of the Zudar Peninsula.
