We would like to inform you that painting and carpentry work is expected to take place on the house to which this holiday rental belongs,
, starting around 01.03.2027.

The following restrictions will apply to you:
- Use of the balconies/terraces is possible, but painting, carpentry, and cleaning work will also take place there
- Floor-to-ceiling windows cannot be opened, as the fall protection barriers for the painting work will be removed from the outside

If the work does indeed take place during your travel period, you will receive a 20% discount on the accommodation price.
This will then be refunded after your trip.
The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet location, 150 metres from the beach in Graal-Müritz, and is on the ground floor with a large terrace. It is comfortably furnished and has everything you need for the perfect relaxing holiday.
The apartment features two bedrooms, an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a fireplace. A parking space assigned to the holiday apartment is located right next to the house.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, plenty of supplies such as dishwasher tablets and toilet paper, as well as a starter pack of firewood from October through April.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive your visitor’s cards. The listed prices are based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.
We’re happy to provide you with bed linens for €15 per person, towels for €10 per person, or a combined bed linen and towel package for €25 per person. You’re also welcome to rent a travel cot and a high chair from us for a small additional fee of €20 each.
This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are welcome in this holiday rental. Check-in is from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

Ich komme immer gern wieder nach Graal Müritz, die Unterkunft ist perfekt , auch Kleinigkeiten wie Mülltüten, Toilettenpapier, Filtertüten, Handtücher, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Soweit gut, es gab Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln. Die Spülmaschine reinigt nicht mehr korrekt, daher war wohl auch das Geschirr verdreckt im Schrank. Kleine Löffel waren zuwenig, ein Bettlaken musste nachgefordert werden. Bei 2 Personen sollte man nicht davon ausgehen, dass diese auch zusammen in einem Bett schlafen. Die Ausstattung war gut, die Lage prima. Nicht weit zum Strand. Hunde sind willkommen.

Kommunikation mit Vermieter super, tolle Lage und sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, kurze Wege zum schönen Strand.Verbesserung wäre eine Schlüsselbox direkt sm Objekt, man muss 1,5 km durch den Ort zum abholen und abgeben des Schlüssels. Bitte die Dichtungen der Dusche und des Herdes erneuern, da defekt. Bei Ausstattung mit eine Kaffeemaschine wären einige Filtertüten für den Gast schon gut in der Ausstattung.Kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Nähe zum Strand. Die Halbinsel Darß, Rövershagen mit Karls Erdbeerland und der Alte Strom von Warnemünde sind gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Auch war es super das man genügend Tabs für die Spülmaschine hatten, Küchenrolle und auch genügend Toilettenpapier für den Aufenthalt. Man musste nichts nachkaufen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Vermietung war super. Immer ein nettes Wort und alles ohne Stress.

Als wir Mittag ankamen war unsere Ferienwohnung bereits gereinigt und bezugsfertig. Somit konnte der Urlaub direkt starten. Die Wohnung ist etwas kleiner als sie auf den Bildern scheint. War aber dennoch völlig ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Check-in etwas später, da Personalmangel bei den Reinigungskräften, was dazu führte, dass wir nicht zum angegebenen Termin in die Wohnung konnten. War aber kein Problem für uns, wir verbrachten die Zeit am Strand. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.
