Nice, clean, comfortable, and great open living/dining/kitchen area for 2 families. Entire back is deep water (6 ft) bulk head with wood walkway to dock your boats. Had 2 boats 23’ and 25’ docked with room left. Only issues I had were the listing says pet friendly and I contacted host and he said pets not allowed at all. Also I was lucky enough to be first person to rent since it changed rental management companies and some things had to be sorted initially but luckily emerald coast vacation rentals (Brad) was very helpful and worked out all issues with 1 phone call. Had great stay for remainder of trip.
