Pros: Nähe zum Meer, Gastgeber sehr nett. Cons: Durchgangsbalkon - kein wirklicher individueller Auẞenbereich, Tür vom Flur zum Wohnraum ging nicht mehr zu, wenig Ablagefläche im Bad, Kaffeemaschine kaum mehr zu gebrauchen, keine Kaffeelöffel, oft Küchengeruch und Lüftergeräusch des Restaurants nebenan in der Wohnumg, Bettwäsche teils löchrig und die Matratzenschoner unter dem Laken sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Auch die angekündigte Kurtaxe war vor Ort dann ca. 25 Euro teurer.
