**Welcome**
Welcome to the Seebrise in Dorum-Neufeld. This modern vacation rental was built in 2023 and offers 67 m² of living space. It’s perfect for two adults with a child or just for you alone. You’ll be staying right in the heart of town, with the beach, harbor, and recreational activities all within easy walking distance—perfect for a stylish getaway on the North Sea.
**Living & Relaxing**
The living area features an open layout and provides direct access to the large balcony. Large windows let plenty of natural light flood into the apartment. The living room features a cozy sofa that can be used as an extra sleeping space.
The kitchen is very well-equipped. You’ll find a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and plenty of space for cooking. You can gather around the cozy dining table to eat, chat, and play games together.
**Sleeping**
The bedroom is separate from the living area. A comfortable double bed ensures restful nights, and the pleated blinds darken the room. Here, you’ll sleep soundly and wake up refreshed to start your next day by the sea.
**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and your own sauna. After a day on the dike or in the mudflats, you can enjoy the sauna and relax in peace—even when the weather isn’t great or you’re looking to unwind during the colder months.
**Family-Friendly**
A high chair and a travel crib for babies or toddlers are available in the accommodation. This way, you can travel with minimal extra luggage.
**Bedding and Towels Included**
This ComfortPlus accommodation offers you a special all-inclusive service: Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made and towels are ready—for a relaxing start to your vacation.
**Service & Extras**
An elevator takes you comfortably to your apartment’s floor. You can park for free right at the building and have access to a lockable bike storage room. Check-in is convenient and contactless via a key safe. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
**Location & Surroundings**
The apartment is located just about 900 meters from the beach. You can walk to the harbor, Grünstrand Beach, and the dike.
In town, you can quickly reach the Watt’n Bad with its wave pool, the pirate playground, and the Wurster North Sea Coast National Park Center.
From here, you can set out on walks along the dike, bike rides through the Wursten region, or a mudflat hike along the North Sea. The crab boats invite you to take a ride, and you can enjoy a fresh crab sandwich right at the harbor—all conveniently within walking distance.
