Welcome to the “De Wisch” vacation rental—your perfect accommodation for a relaxing vacation on the North Sea. Here you can unwind in a modern and cozy atmosphere, right on the dike and just a few minutes from the beach and the small harbor. Enjoy the comfort of a newly renovated apartment that offers all the amenities to make your stay unforgettable.

The Accommodation
The 45-square-meter vacation apartment features an open-concept living and dining room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large window facing the terrace. Here, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and spend relaxing evenings. The small bedroom is ideal for two people and ensures restful nights. The bathroom is modern and functional.

Amenities and Surroundings
The “De Wisch” vacation apartment offers access to a heated swimming pool and a sauna in the adjacent building. A coin-operated hot tub also invites you to relax.

Important Note:
The swimming pool is closed until February 17.
As an alternative, the public Watt’n Bad is available nearby during this time. It is open in January but closed in February and March 2026.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available, as is a private parking space and a laundry room for the complex equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer. The accommodation is located directly on the North Sea in Dorum-Neufeld. In just a few minutes, you can reach the dike, the small harbor, and the beach. The Dorum wave pool is right outside the door, ideal for a relaxing day by the water.

Dorum is an idyllic destination on the North Sea coast, known for its natural beauty and diverse recreational opportunities. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea air on walks along the dike, explore the unique mudflat landscapes, or relax at the nearby wave pool. Dorum’s small harbor invites you to take leisurely boat rides, while the numerous cycling and hiking trails make the surrounding area a paradise for nature lovers. Nearby are the popular dog-friendly beaches of Dorum and Sahlenburg, ideal for you and your four-legged friends. Water sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy, as Dorum offers excellent conditions for kitesurfing. Those interested in culture can visit the nearby Aeronautikum or take a day trip to Neuwerk, either by horse-drawn carriage across the mudflats, on foot, or by boat. In addition, the coastal towns of Cuxhaven-Döse and Sahlenburg are quickly accessible by car. The charming cafés and restaurants offer regional specialties that will round out your stay with culinary delights. Dorum is the perfect place for anyone seeking relaxation, nature experiences, and adventure.

Guest Access
Our guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as the sauna and swimming pool, both of which are part of the residential complex. Key pickup is flexible via a key box, so you can arrive independently. A lockable bike storage room is also available.

Additional relevant information
All costs are included in the booking price; only the local visitor’s tax is added. Towels and linens are also included, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Two medium-sized dogs up to 55 cm at the withers are welcome.
