This charming newly built villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. It is surrounded by greenery and offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² (13 meter long) private pool filled with salt water is the centerpiece of the outdoor area and offers you the perfect refreshment on hot summer days.On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. The living room leads to a large terrace with wonderful sea views and a nice sitting area for relaxing evenings. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. A bedroom with bathroom en suite, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. This unique villa has several balconies where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views. It also has a gallery with exercise equipment and table football. The villa has two garage spaces.
