Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung.Strandlage perfekt, jedoch überraschenderweise Souterrain Whg., das kam in der Anzeige nicht so rüber.Genauere Wegbescjreibung zum Eingang der Wohnung wäre schön gewesen. Waschmaschine (Toploader) hat gleich beim ersten Waschen derart geklemmt, dass Techniker kommen musste.Alles in Allem hats uns aber gut gefallen!

Kein Ausblick statt Ostseeblick !

…an sich eine tolle Lage und wenn man weiß, dass es eine Kellerwohnung ist - auch ok.Leider war die Beschreibung bei uns noch Erdgeschoss und erstes Obergeschoss… dementsprechend waren wir enttäuscht, als wir vom Esstisch auf einen Kellerlichtschacht, statt auf die Ostsee blickten.Auch die 2 avisierten Bäder waren nicht da. Auch hier wurde die Beschreibung, nach unserer Beschwerde, in 1 Bad angepasst. Einen Preisnachlass gab es vom Vermieter für uns nicht, sehr schade, da wir ja was ganz anderes erwartet hatten und die Wohnung so auch nicht gebucht hätten.Wer den Kamin nutzen möchte, sollte sich Bioethanol und Feuer mitbringen – beides war – auch für Geld - nicht in der Wohnung vorhanden und ein Hinweis vor Anreise erfolgte auch nicht.

Schimmelbefall in der Wohnung App. 2

Leider war die Strandburg App.2 nicht wie auf den Bildern abgelichtet, eine Topwohnung. Wir hatten massiv Schimmel im Badezimmer, an den Wänden und an der Jalousie und auch im Schlafzimmer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, dass entschädigt aber nicht den Schimmelbefall.
