This spacious, luxury thatched cottage is located on a stunning property right near the beach in Wenningstedt. The holiday home was last extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished with fine materials and high-quality furniture.

Kitchen & Living Room
On the ground floor, the hallway leads to the enclosed kitchen with a small dining area and the separate living and dining room. The modern, high-end kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring an induction stove with an integrated range hood, a microwave with oven function, a wine refrigerator, a Nespresso capsule machine, and a SodaStream water carbonator. A cosy living area with an unobstructed view of the garden features a sofa and dining area, complete with a fireplace and TV, inviting you to relax.

Sleeping Arrangements
Two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm—under sloped ceilings, accessible via a steep staircase), which can also be pushed together to form a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, a hotel safe, blackout curtains for the windows, and storage space in the form of dressers, coat racks, or built-in closets for clothing and personal items. The largest bedroom features a small work area that allows for remote work while on holiday, a walk-in closet, and an ocean view.

This holiday home is located in one of three beautiful thatched-roof houses on a very spacious and green property in the south of Wenningstedt, right next to the Seestraße beach access. It’s perfect for couples and families with children. Various restaurants and a bakery are located nearby, and shopping options are easily accessible by bike or car.
