Designed for unforgettable family vacations and weekends with friends, this one-of-a-kind home offers breathtaking views from every room and the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.
Inside, you'll find soaring ceilings, and an open-concept living area filled with natural light. With 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 14 guests, spread out over 4 stories, there's plenty of space for everyone.

After a day at the lake, gather around the hibachi grill and enjoy dinner overlooking the water at the kitchen table which seats 10.
Big and little kids will love the downstairs space equipped with games like life-size Guess Who, Arcade Machines, Nex Playground, large flat screen tv and great surround sound.
Located just 10 minutes from Arley for groceries, restaurants and shopping and only 15 minutes from The Grille at Trident Marina, you'll be close to one of Smith Lake's favorite destinations for waterfront dining, weekend live music and family-friendly fun (don't forget to feed the turtles).

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used beds unmade.
Place all used towels in the designated laundry area and start one load, please do not overload the washing machine.
Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it.
Remove food and personal items from the refrigerator and freezer.
Place all trash in the outdoor trash containers.
Return the kayak, SUP, floating pad, lake equipment and furniture to designated locations.
Make sure grills are off and covered.
Turn off all lights and tvs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets are allowed on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and/or cancellation of the reservation, where permitted
Late Checkout Policy
* Up to 30 minutes late: $50
* 30–60 minutes late: $100
Guests are responsible for any damage to the dock, boat slips, lounge furniture, kayak, floating pad, grill, or other outdoor amenities.
